Cutting

We're equipped to cut any width fabric. Our modular cutting table is handled by the very finest cutter to ensure High efficiency of Fabric utilization. This equipment is handled by highly skilled professionals who ensure that the safety and quality are not compromised. Be it plus size clothing to small baby size, RR Fashions is well equipped to meet your requirement.

Production

We aspire to achieve highest level of production for our customer without any gaps in quality. We use both hand & automated embroidery processes. We have 126 computerized multiheaded machines. We have UBT Stitching machines which is one of the best stitching machines for Garment Manufacturing to ensure the quality and quantity of the apparels. We also have 5 thread and 4 thread Overlock machines and stitch buttons machines. We follow proper production protocols for the development of the Apparel.

Finishing

Each and every piece of the garment goes through a finishing team which includes pressing, thread cutting, initial checking etc. RR Fashions works on the "Quality First" policy. Our quality team remains active right at the time of sourcing of fabric till the final packing of finished garments. We Strictly follow AQL 2.5 For our internal audit. Our dedicated finishing team is always on a constant watch to deliver the best quality product Our Finishing is loaded with the high-quality equipment. At every critical stage, our company ensures that the quality is under control and as per the approval we have by our client.

Washing

Hi-tech machinery and cutting-edge technology facilitate high quality washing and wrinkle-free finishing. The in-house washing capacity is one million pieces per month. The laundry division is well equipped with automatic washers, extractors, PERK and dryers. Various pressing machines and heat transferring machines are also available to ensure improvement in high functional performance of the garment through specialty finishing.

Inspection

This section plays the most crucial role in ensuring 100% perfection of all the products. It is inspected that all the features demanded by the clients are designed or not. The experts thoroughly check all the products to make sure that the perfect products are delivered to the client. The products carry the brand image of the company. That’s why utmost care has been taken in this section to ensure that all the products are faultless.

Packing

All our production once approved is ensured to be packed in a dirt-free environment. Packers are trained to avert a direct touch to the ready apparel. We pack each garments in a clear bag as per the requirements of the client and all go inside a carton. RR Fashions has its standard packing systems. All kind of custom packing is initiated as instructed by the brand.
